GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS
The general terms of business are completely applicable to any order placed on www.armedia.fr
Any transaction carried out with mayatruite.com owner of the site, will be exclusively governed by the general terms of business detailed below.
PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO THE PLACE ORDERS AND THE CONCLUDED CONTRACTS
CLAUSE 1
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS
The fact for a user (called "the customer hereafter") of filling the purchase order being reproduced on the website and of confirming the order (while clicking on the button "To order" envisaged from this effect), is worth acceptance full and whole these general terms of business, which will be only applicable to the contract thus concluded.
CLAUSE 2

3.1. Engagements of Armedia.fr

CLAUSE 4
SPECIFIC PROVISIONS
4.1. Price, invoice
The total price (called "the hereafter price") indicated while placing order by mayatruite.com is the final price. This price includes the price of the articles, the handling charges, packing, the expenses of loading and the transport charges (including the VAT for France).
The payment of the articles is done only by bank chart or on request by check in Euro.
4.2. Transport - delivery - delivery periods
Our products are delivered under 8 dice days reglemented by bank chart or check in Euro. The maximum time is 30 working days. Our articles are deliverable in the whole world within the limit of available stocks.
4.3.Transfert of the Risk

4.4. Reserves at the time of the reception of the products - restrictive cases of replacement.

The detailed reserves must be carried in writing, dated and be signed on the Delivery order to the conveyor at the time of the delivery.
A copy or a photocopy of the document carrying the reserves will have to be addressed to mayatruite.com (E-mail or mail) not later than twenty four (24h) hours after having carried the reserves.
If the procedure above were observed, and if the complaint is proven validates, of for the fact that the package and the articles are strongly damaged, mayatruite.com reserves the right to refund the price paid by the customer or to carry out a new delivery of similar articles.
If the delivery is not in conformity with the order quantitatively, Armedia.fr is committed refunding only the possible difference in price between the ordered products and those delivered, only if the delivered products are lower prices has those ordered and paid.

DISABILITY - BEYOND CONTROL CAUSE - APPLICABLE DUTY - COURTS OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION

Neither Armedia.fr, nor the customer being able to be held responsible for any inexecution which would originate in a case of absolute necessity, escaping from their control, in particular including, without that either restrictive, the cases of war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport, problem of importation or of export, customs, strike, lockout, shortage of articles, sets fire to, earthquake, storm, flood..
The present general terms are exclusively controled by the French law. In the event of possible litigation or of disagreement, after the parts tried without success to manage a friendly agreement, only the commercial court of Lons Le Saunier (France) is qualified to regulate the litigation.
