Description:

The type of gorget that can be seen by end of the 15th C. it is the logical evolution in armour development. From the bascinet with aventail and vistor, up to the combination of sallet with gorget there is a very understandable improvement. In this combination the protecion is rigid at the neck, yet articulated obaining a great protection and efficiency. Ours is made at the style of central Europe and it´s perfect for 1480 to 1500.
